TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products on nationwear.world between Nationwear and its customers ("you"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Seller

NATIONWEAR — SASU in the process of registration with the RCS of Paris.
Registered office: 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France.
Share capital: €1,000. SIREN/SIRET: registration in progress.

2. Products

Each Nationwear tee is a passport-inspired streetwear garment, printed on premium cotton. Products are made to order according to the country, color, and size you select. Product photos are non-contractual and may show slight variations.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (or your selected currency) and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping is free worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Nationwear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of a manifest error, suspected fraud, or stock/production issue.

5. Payment

Payment is made at checkout by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Shop Pay, secured by Shopify Payments. Your card details are never stored by Nationwear.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 14–21 business days worldwide (production 3–5 days + international shipping). Delays caused by carriers or customs cannot engage Nationwear's liability beyond a reasonable replacement or refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal — Exception (made-to-order)

Under Article L221-28 3° of the French Code de la consommation (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As each Nationwear tee is produced on demand according to your individual choices (country, color, size), returns for change of mind or wrong size/color selected by you cannot be accepted. Please use our size guide before ordering.

8. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product, the wrong country, or the wrong color due to our error, contact contact@nationwear.world within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost — you keep the original. See our Refund Policy.

9. Legal Guarantees

Products remain covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. Code de la consommation) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. Civil Code).

10. Liability

Nationwear cannot be held liable for indirect damages or for any misuse of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Personal Data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or refer to the competent courts after attempting an amicable resolution by contacting contact@nationwear.world.
