REFUND POLICY

Made-to-Order Products

Each Nationwear tee is produced specifically to your order based on the country, color, and size you select at checkout. Production starts shortly after your order is placed.

Right of Withdrawal — Exception

Under European Union consumer law (Article L221-28 3° of the French Code de la consommation, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As Nationwear products are produced on demand according to your individual choices, they fall under this exception.

As a result, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size selected by the customer
• Wrong color selected by the customer
• Wrong country selected by the customer

Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order. If unsure, contact contact@nationwear.world with your chest measurement and height — we will recommend the right size.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product, a wrong country, or a wrong color due to our error:

• Contact contact@nationwear.world within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
• We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
• You keep the original product — no return shipping needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact contact@nationwear.world. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Legal Guarantees

Products remain covered by the mandatory legal guarantees under French law:

• Legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. Code de la consommation)
• Legal warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. Civil Code)
